Meet Our Lead Physical Therapist
Derrick Torba, PT, DPT is a licensed physical therapist and dry needling specialist based in Northern Colorado, known for delivering high-quality, personalized care directly to clients—wherever they need it most.
A graduate of Regis University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program and a proud U.S. Air Force veteran, Derrick brings nearly a decade of clinical experience, discipline, and dedication to every session. His approach blends evidence-based techniques with genuine one-on-one attention, focusing on what matters most: helping people move better, feel stronger, and return to the life they love.
In July 2025, Derrick founded Get Mobile PT to make expert physical therapy more convenient, more personal, and entirely mobile.

Get Mobile PT was built on a simple belief: expert physical therapy should come to you—on your terms, in your space, and on your schedule.
After nearly a decade of treating patients in busy outpatient clinics, Dr. Derrick Torba saw firsthand how the traditional healthcare system often made recovery harder than it needed to be. Between long wait times, rushed appointments, commuting, and insurance headaches, many people were left feeling overlooked or overwhelmed.
So in 2025, Derrick launched Get Mobile PT with a mission to change that. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and U.S. Air Force veteran, Derrick brings the discipline of service to every visit. He founded Get Mobile PT to deliver personalized, one-on-one care that’s not only effective but also convenient, calming, and centered around you.

Our Veteran
Dr. Derrick Torba proudly served as an Air Force EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) technician in Iraq and Afghanistan. After completing his military service, he utilized the GI Bill to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Now, he offers personalized physical therapy, including dry needling services, to support his mission of helping others through movement, recovery, and lasting results, even providing home physical therapy for those in need.
